the tracker details you enter as the admin — a name, household name, and currency.

each subscription you log — its name, cost, billing frequency, next renewal date, category, who pays for it, who in the household uses it, a cancellation link if you add one, and notes.

any comments a household member adds to a subscription, and who added them.

showing your household what's recurring, what it costs, and when it renews next.

collect bank connections, payment integrations, card numbers, account passwords, or any financial credentials — this app never touches your money, only a manual record you type in yourself. i also won't sell your data, run ads against it, or share it with anyone outside your household.

in a private, access-controlled postgres database. there's no public listing — your tracker's pages use a separate, long, unguessable link, so access is controlled by having that link, not an account check.

if you open subscription tracker from homebase, your homebase account email is shown in that session's page header only — subscription tracker doesn't store it.

adding, cancelling, or renewing a subscription always sends a short summary to homebase — the family hub app subscription tracker lives alongside — so it can show up in your family's shared activity feed there. that summary includes the subscription's name, category, amount, and billing cycle, plus its renewal date when you add or renew it (cancellations don't carry a renewal date). it stays within your own homebase account, not with any outside party.

cancel, pause, or remove a subscription any time from the tracker. email me if you want a tracker's data gone for good.
